Oregano is a bushy, vibrant green, zesty herb that will go excellent in any tomato based sauce, on your pizza, in salad dressings, marinades or vinaigrettes. Don’t be afraid to use this delicious herb to season your poultry or beef dishes! Oregano will not be tricky to grow or take care of, it will not need to be watered as regularly as most herbs and will thrive in full- part sun. Allow your oregano to grow out 4-5 inches, then pinch off or trim leaves. This will ensure a less leggy plant and will encourage a more dense and bushy herb.
