The leaves of this variety of thyme are commonly used to flavor teas, poultry and other meats, stews, soups and stuffing’s. Allow soil to dry in between watering’s as this is a drought resistant plant. This herb will thrive in full sun but can tolerate some shade. Make sure to have a good draining system for your Foxley thyme, it will not like to stay moist.
