Take time to relax, disconnect and feed your soul. This gentle guided walk will focus on using all your senses to explore the natural area and greenhouse.
The walk is based on shinrin-yoku or forest therapy which has been shown to reduce stress, increase creativity, lower blood pressure, provide relaxation, offer a connection with nature and many other health benefits.
Small sit mats will be available for use, or you may want to bring a small camping chair and bottle of water.
This program is geared towards those 16 and older.
