Great example of a completed total concept utilizing every square foot of very limited space. The residence literally had no back yard, so the design emphasis was to create the oasis in the side yard on a corner lot integrating the desired uses into the landscape and still complementing the neighborhood. All the desired functions on our clients list cleverly hidden in a lush green landscape.
