Succulent Kokedama Workshop 3/21/21 12pm

Come create a beautiful kokedama moss ball!  Kokedama is a style of bonsai gardening that uses soil and moss to encase a plants roots.  It is then displayed by suspending the sphere shape using a decorative chain or string or by placing it on clay dish.  We like to think of kokedama as “living pots.” Kokedama design is a great way to incorporate your favorite succulents or houseplants- indoors, outdoors, or for a show-stopping element at a party. Derek will show you step-by-step how to bring this whimsical style to life in this class. Once you learn the technique, you’ll get to create two small kokedama planted balls to take home with you.

This class is offered both in-person at the garden center and virtually online via zoom with a class kit, please select an option below.
