This sharp, pungent smelling herb has an evergreen, needle like foliage that will flower a beautiful blue/ purple color. This herb will thrive in full sun and like slightly acidic soils with regular watering’s to keep moist. This upright growing herb can be used in many poultry, fish, beef and potato or vegetable dishes.

Don’t let the slight licorice sent mixed with this basil turn you away! This herb is amazing with your favorite tomato based or Thai dish!
Orange mint is used to make teas, jellies, sauces, salad dressings, vinaigrettes and many creamy desserts such as crème brulee! Use rich, moist, acidic soil and can fill in damp, dense areas of your garden. This mint will do best in full sun but can also do well in part shade.
The name says it all! Use barbeque rosemary when grilling any poultry, seafood, beef or vegetables! This herb is easy to grow and likes to be moist, but do not over water as this plant is susceptible to root rot.
This herb will flower from summer- fall and will thrive in hot, dry conditions! Goodwin lavender is best used for sweet dishes such as cookies, cakes, jellies and even ice cream!
