Orange mint is used to make teas, jellies, sauces, salad dressings, vinaigrettes and many creamy desserts such as crème brulee! Use rich, moist, acidic soil and can fill in damp, dense areas of your garden. This mint will do best in full sun but can also do well in part shade.
Strawberry mint will be a more compact variety that has petite green leaves and is known for its unrecognizable fruity scent and flavor. This mint is excellent for making hot or iced teas, mint sauces and fruit salads.
This curled, frilly, deep green herb is most known for its great garnishing ability. Parsley is also commonly used in seasonings, salads and serves great as a palate cleanser.
