Munstead lavender will bloom in late spring and early summer! These greenish/ gray leaves create a beautiful lavender colored flower. These fragrant leaves can be used to make perfumes and potpourris, as well as in drinks, salads or to give a light flavor to poultry, fish or soups! To grow this lavender you will need full sun and a well-drained areas as it will not like to be overly moist or humid!
