Mayapple’s attractive lobed palmate leaves remain green in color throughout the season on a plant with an upright spreading habit of growth. It features bold white bell-shaped flowers dangling from the stems in early spring. The fruits are showy gold pomes displayed in mid summer.

This is a relatively low maintenance plant, and is best cleaned up in early spring before it resumes active growth for the season. It has no significant negative characteristics.
