This sweet basil is similar to “Sweet Genovese,” but will actually be a bit sweeter. This would go great in seafood or poultry dishes or in pasta, with vegetables or in oils and salad dressings.

This lettuce leaf variety of basil originated in Italy and produces ruffled leaves. This basil gives off a sweet taste and is also a perfect variety to use for pesto! Mammoth basil will be similar to Sweet Genovese, but the Mammoth is actually going to be sweeter! This basil will also go great with fish, poultry, vegetables and in pasta dishes. Plant after last spring frost and enjoy all summer long!

The name says it all! Use barbeque rosemary when grilling any poultry, seafood, beef or vegetables! This herb is easy to grow and likes to be moist, but do not over water as this plant is susceptible to root rot.
