Blooms over many weeks in fall with modest flat-topped snow-white terminal clusters. A valuable butterfly nectar source. Well suited to lightly shaded perennial borders or use as a filler in mixed borders and foundation planting. Herbaceous perennial.
Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Remove old flowers to prolong flowering. Cut back to the ground at the end of the season.
