This herb is used all around the world! Curled parsley is a frilly, deep green herb that is most known for its great garnishing ability. Parsley is also commonly used in seasonings, salads and serves great as a palate cleanser. These leaves are high in iron, vitamins A, C and E and have a high chlorophyll content that makes this herb a natural breath sweetener! When growing parsley indoors keep in a sunny window sill, soil should be lightly moist, water in the sink to allow proper drainage or if using a saucer, empty the sauce after watering. If growing outdoors, choose a location that will get full sun- part shade and still keep moist.
